The header generally contains the website?s navigation.

The HTML <header> element is used to define a header section for the element that contains it. It can be used as a header for a whole page (the most common usage), but can also be used as the header for an article or any other piece of on-page content.

The main menu (aka nav bar, navigation bar, navigation menu) is generally located in the Header and is a collection of links that allows visitors to navigate to other pages/pages of the website.

The main menu of a website should be consistent throughout the website, allowing visitors to easily navigate all pages/pages of the site.

The HTML <nav> element is used to contain blocks of site navigation links. This element is typically placed in the page header and footer, and may also be used in an aside (sidebar) element as well.

HERO

The hero section (aka hero header, hero image) is typically located at the top of the home page and possibly below the header.
